About
One person, and that's the point.
The Logic Lantern is me — Dan Drucker — working out of Owasso. When you email, I answer. When something breaks at 8pm, I'm the one who fixes it.

How I got here
I started The Logic Lantern because I kept noticing the same thing about small businesses around here: the work is excellent and the technology around it is an afterthought. A roofer who does beautiful work has a website from 2014. A clinic with a six-week waiting list is still taking bookings by voicemail. The gap between how good the business is and how it looks online is enormous — and closing it is not that hard.
The name is the job description. "Logic" is the engineering — the part that has to actually work, on a bad phone connection, at two in the morning. "Lantern" is the rest of it: making something that's been murky and frustrating clear enough that you can make a decision about it. Most people selling technology to small businesses are better at the first part than the second, and the second is where the trust is.
Principles
How I work
Four things I'll hold to, which you're welcome to hold me to.
I'll tell you not to hire me
If your money is better spent on your Google listing, or your current site is fine, or the timing is wrong — I'll say so on the first call. A bad-fit project costs me more than it earns, and a straight answer is the cheapest marketing there is.
Nothing is a surprise
Fixed price, written scope, written change orders, and a preview link so you see it as it's built. You'll never open an invoice you weren't expecting.
You own it all
Domain, code, content, accounts — yours outright when the final invoice clears. No proprietary platform, no leaving penalty. If you want to work with someone else in two years, nothing I've built will stop you.
I don't oversell what AI does
I build with it and I sell it, and I'll still tell you plainly where it falls short. An AI that answers your after-hours chat is genuinely valuable. An AI that replaces your judgement is a sales pitch.
Local
Why local matters here
You can hire a website from anywhere on earth, usually cheaper. What you can't hire from anywhere is someone who knows that a hailstorm in April changes every roofer's month, or who'll meet you for coffee when the thing you need is a conversation rather than a ticket. I work with businesses in Owasso, Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Collinsville, and the surrounding towns, and I intend to still be here in ten years.

Twenty minutes on the phone, no pitch. Worst case you get a straight opinion on what your business should do next, from someone with no reason to flatter you.
